Welcome to the website of Dr. Bereket Haileab, Professor of Geology. With 35 years of teaching and 40 years of research in the Turkana Basin, he specializes in tephrostratigraphy and has analyzed over 350 tuffs—vital for regional correlation and paleoenvironmental reconstruction.
